I ordered this because Starbright loves freshly picked dandelions and fresh parsley, so I thought it would be good for her to try the dried versions along with Raspberry and Nettle Leaves, Dandelion Leaves, Marigold Flowers, Alfalfa Forage, Red Cornflowers and Spearmint – things that she’d not had before. I’m really glad that this mix has been thought out so well. I spent ages on the website looking at all of the ingredients the different mixes had before ordering, so that I could offer Starbright different plants to see which ones were her favourites. This came in a good quality new brown paper bag (great for Starbright to tear up/chew afterwards) and was big enough for her to look inside and inspect the contents. I bake my own fibre-rich cookies for her so I add some of this to the mix to enhance the taste.

All of the buns at Parsleys Warren (that’s 30 of them!) love this. Its really ‘fresh’ and interesting smelling and has fabulous green leaves in with the flowers, which means it is good bulk eating and not just for ‘decoration’ in with pellets etc . Its our ‘go to’ forage and the 1kg bags are perfect.
