1What payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit, debit cards and PayPal. All card transactions are processed either by PayPal or Stripe.
2Are my payment details safe with you?
We do not store, have access to, or process any of your payment details. This is all handled by PayPal or Stripe.
3How quickly will you dispatch my order?
We strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

At busy periods, such as Christmas, Easter, etc, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.
4How soon will my package arrive?
Our delivery partners are Hermes and FedEx. Orders dispatched by FedEx arrive next working day. FedEx will email and text you tracking details with various 'in flight' options. Hermes will email you tracking details and deliveries typically take 1 to 4 working days to arrive.

Delivery time applies once your order is dispatched, not from the day you placed your order. Please bear in mind that most of our products are freshly made or packed for your bunnies.

All shipping options include full tracking and updates from the moment your parcel is shipped from us to the moment it reaches you.

Please ensure your entered email and mobile phone number are current and correct to recieve tracking updates.

For large and high value orders, a signature on delivery will be required.

Please note: 24 / 48 hour services are the delivery aim of the courier, they are NOT guaranteed.
5How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on weight. UK under 2kg shipping costs £3.99. If an order weighs 2kg or more, the cost is £5.99. Bulk Hay and some other items are carriage free. Select 'free shipping' at the checkout when offered as an option.

All shipping options include full tracking and updates from the moment your parcel is shipped from us to the moment it reaches you.
6My box is damaged, can I make a claim?
Your order leaves us in perfect condition in a robust cardboard box. Unfortunately, not all couriers are kind to our boxes.

Whilst we will quickly replace or refund for damaged items, we do not guarantee the condition of the outer box.

For all claims of damaged goods we will require photographic evidence.
